Holstein Crinkles

These are incredible! I made this recipe almost exactly as shown and my whole family loved them! The only change was I used regular chocolate chips instead of minis because that was all I had. Nothing beats a chocolaty, fudgy, chewy cookie coated in powder sugar!!!! The kids enjoyed rolling the dough in balls and then in the powdered sugar. It was a little messy but not that bad! I made them for a Christmas Cookie Exchange and everyone loved them. They are similar to brownies only a cookie!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is too die for! Made the recipe without any changes. I highly recommend adding the optional walnuts. I made it both ways because my kids claimed they didn't like walnuts. Well they discovered this was much better with walnuts! Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Buttercream Icing

I made this with the Too Much Chocolate Cake on this site! It was wonderful!!!! I followed some of the other reviews and went with 3 cups of sugar and one extra tsp. of vanilla. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made this cake for my daughter's birthday and everyone loved it. Extremely moist and delicious! I followed the recipe as is w/o any changes. My husband, who doesn't really like cake, loved it. I prepared it with the buttercream icing on this site. Thank for the delicious recipe!!!

Toffee Bars

These are outstanding! My grandma used to make these so I have been eating these forever! I didn't have chopped pecans so I substituted walnuts. They turned out fabulous! Make sure you cut the squares while warm. If you wait until it cools it hardens and becomes difficult to cut. Rich and delicious! Enjoy!!!!!!

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

This salad is great! I always receive many compliments. I make it as shown but sometimes substitute crumbled blue cheese! I've had to give out the recipe numerous times. Although somewhat time consuming, it is worth the effort! I love fruit and nuts in my salad so this recipe was right up my alley!

Lentil Soup

This soup was very good but we felt it needed a little more flavor. It was on the bland side. After reading some of the reviews I will try chicken broth instead of water. On the good side it was very hearty, healthy and nutritious and loaded with fiber.
