Apple Crumble Pie

Very good recipe. I was going to take a picture of it, but it was half way gone before I even got my camera out. That should say something about the quality of the recipe right there.

This turned out quite well. I used what meats and cheeses I had on hand(2 types of salami and some sausage, as well as provlone, swiss, and shredded nacho cheese). It turned out very well except for the bottom was a little soggy. It was because of the meat though, and I would venture to guess that maybe putting a layer of cheese down before putting on the meat might help to curb this problem a little. Even soggy, this was still very good.

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli

This is an excellent recipe. I have made it two times. The first time I followed the recipe to the letter. The second time I made a topping of parm cheese, green onions, and parsley. It was EXCELLENT.

Raspberry Mousse Cheesecake

This was a all around good recipie. The mousse is great (although halving the amount of the jam and whip topping would still cover the whole cheesecake). I was slightly disappointed by the recommended cook time. I may have messed something up along the way, but I had it in the oven for around 35 minutes, and it still wasnt done. Cut back on the ingredients for the mousse and increase the cooking time, and this recipe might be a five star.

Mike's Favorite Grilled Cheese

this is the best recipie for grilled cheese i can think of. Ive tried many different variations, including provalone or swiss, and also potato bread. If you really got a hunger pang, make it with a double (or even triple?) layer of cheese.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Excellent recipie. The sauce turned out nearly perfect, although I might put a little bit less butter then the ingredients call for, it was still just fine as it was. I also put in some basil, which did make quite a bit of difference in a positive way. Try with a bit of basil, or use pesto with basil already in it...definately yummy.

Steak Brunchallta

this was an excelent recipe. I halved it as I was only making it for myself and my girlfriend, and it turned out beautifully. I held off on the hot sauce, which I dont think Ill do again...I could tell the dish was lonely without it.
