Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
I used this recipe for the idea and adapted it to my tastes. I used a kroger brand crust (taste better than boboli)then I mixed together 2 pkgs 1/3 less fat cream cheese, about 2tbsp of buffalo wing spice, a couple dashes of Frank's and 2 heaping tbsps of mayo (I made 2 pizzas). I spread this on the crust then shook a few more drops of Franks on top, on top of this I place chicken I had marinated for a night and cooked in nothing but Franks, then I layered 1/2 sharp cheddar and 1/2 motz. cheese, sliced carrots and celery on the cheese and as a final topping I sprinkled the pizzas with blue cheese crumbles. This was so tasty, there was none left and several people asked me for the recipe.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts II
these are so good! I made them exactly as recipe calls for..only thing I did differently was cool after then when ready to eat I added them to a crock pot on high to reheat and covered with a bit of extra sauce. By the time I went to get one there was only 2 left...and I only got 1!

Mexican Layered Dip
I have been making a version of this recipe for years..layer of refried beans, then guac, then sour cream with the seasoning mixed in (no measuring, just to taste) then shredded lettuce, drained salsa, then a layer of mexican cheese, black olive, green onion and jalapeno slices sprinkled on top. I have never personally tried this (can not stand taco seasoning or black olives) but my fiance' requests this for any function, gathering...weekend. Everyone always raves about this, I am constantly asked for the recipe and there is never any left.
