I didn't read all of the comments before trying this recipe, and when I followed the instructions exactly, the bottle exploded just over 24 hours into its 2 day wait time, making a loud noise and a huge mess. The bottle landed about 15 feet away from where it started. I imagine this could have hurt someone, but fortunately no one was near it at the time. I think some more details need to be included in the actual recipe itself. We shouldn't have to read all of the comments to learn that there is a risk of explosion. I don't fault the contributor of the recipe, though; I assume this simply did not happen to her or him.

Sweet Corn Tomalito

Semolina Turmeric Cake (Sfoof)

I made this for a dinner club party themed "Mushrooms and Turmeric." I was excited to find a recipe that actually fit the theme. It was good and served its purpose but was not one of my favorite desserts. I'd consider making it again for another "themed" meal.

Greek Vegetarian Pizza

Tasty. We tried this just a few weeks ago and have already made it twice since, using pitas instead of Boboli crust (we tend to have more pitas around than Bobolis).

Absolutely Perfect Palak Paneer

My first try at this was a disaster - I messed up a couple of times, and then their recipe just wasn't quite what I was looking for. This recipe was great! I used 4 10-oz. boxes of frozen spinach (thawed and drained). Couldn't find paneer at the store (and my first attempt at making it had failed miserably) so I used Queso Blanco de Freir, which worked wonderfully.
