Always wanted to train as a Pastry Chef, but life intervened. Still trying to work it out; it's difficult with my work schedule. I come from a large family, I'm married with one daughter graduating from college this year.
My favorite things to cook
I make a mean pot roast, and at Christmas my glazed ham is a tradition. Also a tradition, and an old family recipe, "Chocolate Applesauce Cake"
