Chicken Fried Chicken

Very good! Followed the recipe exactly with great results. I always had trouble with fried chicken--until now! P.S.-I love the reviewer who wanted to save the calories from frying, so she baked it with a stick of butter instead! LOL!

I cooked 3 strips of bacon and then sauteed the peppers (used 2 whole), onion and garlic in the drippings, then continued as directed. When i told my husband what I was making he said "Gross!" but changed his tune-ate 3 helpings, raving the whole time. Thanks!

I cut the recipe in half and used a 2 lb. london broil-terrific! I used a little less salt and lite soy sauce, otherwise wouldn't change a thing!

I wrapped this in foil and put in the crockpot while we went boating-after a few misshaps, we returned 12 hrs. later and had incredible tacos-the extra time in the pot made it even better!

OK for sprouts, but I think it needed more mustard flavor. I had plenty of sauce-perhaps because I covered the pot when cooking the sprouts?

Excellent--and so easy! I could never get the right taste with other recipes-I think the sesame oil is the key. P.S.-I wish people wouldn't make drastic changes then criticize the recipe-this is GREAT when made as directed.
