awesome. the only things different I threw in some bacon and cheese to make it more like a baked potato soup. Thanks

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

It was okay, I am new to cooking fresh asparagus ...thought I would try this out. Pretty good flavor but nothing special and maybe adjust how it is cooked..mine didn't come out very tender.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Followed JillyBean14s' review to a tea except for the sour cream, I didn't have it on hand. It was fantastic everyone gobbled it up. Thanks for the suggestions

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
I found this recipe very overpowering and dry. The rosemary should be cut in half of what the recipe says. I cooked this pork a little over an hour with checking a meat thermometer to 160 degrees. We cook pork loins a lot and no one in our family cared for this and we are not picky eaters.

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2008
Nothing special, I doubled the sauce as suggested by other people which was very necessary. I think it would have been better if the chicken was marinated or with shrimp. all in all probably won't make again.

Mushroom Beef Skillet

it was okay, I think that this recipe is a good starter recipe for a great dish. I would add some red wine and worchestire next time and little less basil. overall, pretty good though

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
Excellent! I am from New Orleans and my husband has cooked etoufee in the past, but I wanted to try my hand at it. All I can say is WOW! Super Flavor! I substituted chicken broth for the fish stock since I already had it on hand. Only thing I would do different is cut back on the spicy factors I would half the seafood seasoning and eliminate the cayenne. I used Crystal Hot sauce and it was great. Thanks again for a real winner

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
I followed the recipe except for the basil, I cut it in half after reading many reviews, I also added ham and doubled the bacon. I didn't have half and half so I used the heavy whipping cream that I had on hand. Very Yummy.

White Cake Frosting I

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
This recipe should be called "icing" not frosting, the flavor is good but I wouldn't consider it a frosting like most bakery cakes are

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
Great recipe with a few changes. I only use 1 egg, I double the four main cheeses, I use 12 oz of cubed cheese and use 2 cups of milk. It is a hit over and over again. Everyone asks for the recipe.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
I was looking for a simple recipe for rolled out holiday sugar cookies and this is it. Followed directions and it works out great. My only tip is to seperate the dough into a couple of smaller dough balls so they are easier to work with

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These are a dull basic boring sugar cookie that tastes no different than the premade stuff in the cold case. I was expecting some great recipe considering the reviews. I was disapointed. Try "best rolled sugar cookies" instead

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
I have played with this recipe several times over the past few days and love it. I do agree that the liquid amount is off but I also agree that is has to do with the climate in which you live. I had to more than double the corn syrup and milk to make it work for my cookies, but it came out tasting great and easy to work with. I also adjusted this recipe to make so that I can put it in a pastry bag to decorate with. I used a cup of confectionary sugar and 2 1/2 tsp of milk and it was perfect. Thanks for this recipe. Its a keeper

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2006
This recipe is sooooooo good and yes sooooo bad for you. It is worth it once in a while though. My husband said the honey mustard alone is worth keeping this recipe. The only thing that I did different is marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes with a smoke flavored marninade just brushed on with the seasoning salt. Thanks for the recipe.

Great Dish, I took the advice of cooking the mushrooms in some butter prior to making the sauce that tops the dish. Hubby and I ate it up..even our 2 year old ate it. Easy and Yummy..thanks

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

This is the best meatloaf I have ever had. Excellent sauce with a tangy taste. I used an onion instead of the onion flakes and instead of the prepared mustard i used a french's honey tangy mustard and it was yummy. Thanks for this recipe

Best Baked Chicken

This dish came out well and my hubby loved it. I used garlic powder instead of salt and the taste was fine. The chicken was very juicy and tender but I agree with others in saying that it just seemed to lack something.

Roasted Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2005
Very Good flavor. Nice and cheesy, the only thing I would change is the cook time. The potatoes were not quite done. I will probably cook them in the microwave for a few minutes prior to making the dish. I also covered the potatoes for about 30 minutes and then cooked the rest of the way uncovered
