Banana Oat Bars
Flavor is good, but way way too crumbly. Next time I'll do one full egg and an egg white and might use yogurt instead of milk. I did add a tablespoon of peanut butter, but can't taste it. And added chocolate chips - they're the best part with the oats :) Not much of a banana taste.

Potato, Ham, Broccoli and Cheese Soup with Baby Dumplings
The ideas are all there, but my soup separated. Use whole milk and/or some heavy cream to help prevent that. Flavors are all there though - I'd just up the spicing.

Flatlander Chili
This was excellent. I had to alter it slightly when I realized I didn't have any cayenne, but it was good. I used a whole 64 oz bottle of tomato juice (that's what it came in and we don't drink tomato juice straight). Also omited the cayenne (just didn't have any), and eyeballed the green pepper and probably ended up with 1/2 a cup. Also took another reviewer's advice and added about 1/3 cup of cornmeal towards the end to thicken - that was AWESOME! but be careful to add that very slowly, otherwise it clumps. This is a big time keeper.
