Cod Fish Cakes
I made this tonight, and while the flavor was fine, it did need some additional seasoning. The biggest problem, however, is that it was nearly impossible to keep these from falling apart. They crumbled from the start, and again in flipping them. I'll try something else next time.

Bread and Butter Pickles II
I had an abundance of cucumbers from the garden this year, and I tried several different recipes for pickles. This is the best! It is pretty easy, and the pickles are yummy. I used large cucumbers, which are generally not recommended, and they were still great. The only change I made was I left out the green peppers. They seemed unnecessary, and my plants didn't do well this year, so I would have had to buy them.

Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast
This recipe is wonderful! I used a mix of barbeque sauce and ketchup, and real maple syrup, and it was so good. I poured the marinade over the meat and served it family style. The meat was moist and delicious!
