Cheesecake Brownies
W*A*R*N*I*N*G - These brownies are highly addictive. I was very pleased with this recipe and made only a slight change - I added some vanilla to the cheesecake mixture. I do have a tip though, B. Crocker's dark chocolate brownies are the best complement to the cheesecake. Take this from a person who makes brownies almost daily. Really.

Poppy Seed Dressing I
FAN-TASTIC!! This is so tasty on spinach with apples, walnuts and dried cranberries. After making the recipe exactly as stated, the next time I subbed plain light soy milk for the milk and it came out just like the original. Also, I used olive oil mayonnaise. Thanks for a great recipe that is now a staple in my cookbook. Anything that helps us get all those veggies in is much appreciated!

Lentil Chili II
Very tasty. I never had lentils before this recipe. I goofed when making it, however, and used the big (29 oz) cans of tomato sauce and crushed tomato because my sister wouldn't shut up and I couldn't concentrate. Anyhow, I am glad to have the extra tomato because it is still pretty thick (no liquid residue in a bowl of it). I did add more seasonings (packet of chili seasoning) to temper the tomato. Overall this recipe is very good - my mom and husband both love it. Also I used one of the other reviewers' tips and ate it with tortilla chips and MMMmmm good!
