Cherry Pie III

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2014
Yum! I had some sweet red cherries I wanted to use so I took the seeds out and cut them in half, and followed this recipe exactly from there. YUM! My first cherry pie came out perfectly!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2014
Very good. I would add more brown sugar next time I think. I don't know if my pecans were bad, or if I didn't mix well, but I had some bitter bites. Might prefer butter to oil also. Maybe some apple sauce replacing part of the oil.

Easiest Brown Gravy Ever

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
I am not much of a wine person and didn't have any on hand, but we had the other ingredients and used water instead of wine, and added freshly ground black pepper. It was FANTASTIC. We used it on hamburger steaks and my whole family loved it and wanted more. So simple, yet so delicious!!

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2005
I thought this recipe was OK. It was difficult to mix everything until "smooth" because it was very thick, it never got hard, and it's too powdered sugary for me (I like a stronger peanut butter taste). But, it was ok, and definitely was fast!

Kim's Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2005
Everyone told me this tasted like tuna, and when I told them it was chicken, more than one person told me they aren't sure if they like chicken this way. It didn't taste bad, but it was a little different.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2005
This recipe was pretty good and had a good flavor, but I will cook them longer on each side first next time because the batter was soggy after it was finished. I might add more parmesean too because I didn't taste it much. But we did like it, and it was super easy and perfect for a tired night after work because you just throw it all in and you can relax for 40 minutes while it's cooking :).
