Blueberry Dump Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2012
So easy, SO delicious! I didn't melt the better, I just covered top with pads of butter. My kids even loved it and they don't like blueberries. I'm trying not to eat the entire pan by myself;)

Tuna Noodle Supreme

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2011
Loved this! I didn't add vegetables to it and didn't have milk to add either. So I added a little half & half and water, garlic powder and some american cheese. Love that it doesn't have a "cream of..." soup in it. Thanks!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
I used this recipe to make my very first loaf in a bread maching. I've done tons of loaves by hand but was intimidated by the machine. But it came out beautiful!! So simple and so good. Adding the yeast to the water first makes sense to me...as that is how i do it when I make bread by hand. Thank you for this recipe!

Stuffing for Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
LOVE LOVE LOVE This recipe! It saved us so much time and space on thanksgiving. I cannot thank you enough for this recipe. I didn't add egg, and watched how much broth I put in, and we also used the bagged stuffing instead of bread. DELCIOUS and stress free!

German Spaetzle Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
This is the only recipe I use now for my spaetzle. It tastes exactly like my German grandmothers noodles that I grew up on. I make without the nutmeg and tastes just fine! Thank you!

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2009
This was my first time making bread-ever. I was questioning myself throughout the entire process; sure I had messed up in one of the steps. I was SO wrong...this bread came it perfectly delicious! Nice crust on the outside, and soft and delicious on the inside. I cannot wait to make it again:) Thank you for posting a recipe that helped me to accomplish one of my goals; the skill of making my own bread.

OMG, these are the lightest, fluffiest, easiest biscuits I have ever made!! I've tried so many recipes, and FINALLY found the one that is my keeper. Thanks so much J.P. *Big Daddy*:) The only thing I did was brush them w/ butter at the beginning of cook time and in the middle of cook time-delicious!!

Strawberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
Very good muffins, and so easy to make. But I will definately be adding more sugar next time, and perhaps some other spices to boost the flavor a bit. They are a bit too bland as is. But still, VERY good! Thanks!

Cookie Press Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
I loved these cookies! They are so light and just the right amount of sweetness. The only reason I put 4 stars is b/c the dough was very fussy about being the right tempt for the press. But, they were worth it!

Mom's Best Waffles

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2005
The only reason I put 4 * is because they didn't puff up as much as I'd like. Other than that, they were very good. I added vanilla, a dash of cinnamon and used melted butter instead of oil. I also used buttermilk. I liked them very much and they are so easy to make!

LOVE this recipe. It was a different twist than the usual eggplant parm I make. It has a lot of prep time, but well worth it!

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2005
Just tried this for dinner tonight and LOVED it! The chicken is so moist and flavorful. I had to use velveeta cheese, but it was so good with that. I may use stuffing like others suggested, next time. But this is a keeper for sure!!!
