Oven Fried Chicken III
Delicious! I used Italian bread crumbs with Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. I added a bit of sea salt and garlic powder. I kept tasting till I thought flavor was good. I didnt use milk with the mayo. Coated chicken pieces well, then put in bread crumb mixture. I dont like thyme, so left that out. Very, very good!

Pasta Bake
Very good and so easy! Added green peppers w/onions. (garlic too)! Doubled the recipe. Delish!
