Cornbread Stuffing Southern Style

I like the fact that it does not call for sausage as many other cornbread stuffing recipes do. The only change I made was only adding 2 cups of chicken broth, and it was still very moist, 3 may have been too much.

Whipped Cream Filling

This was a great recipe, I have never had luck getting whipped cream to stay whipped for me, but this was just the right consistency. However I did add 1 more tablespoon of sugar, as I thought it tasted to milky.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

made this for dinner the other night, went over very well, very easy recipe and tastes great. i'd reccomend using the cranberry sauce with the whole cranberries in it.

Vinegar Pecan Pie

I just made this for desert at my firehouse. EVERYONE loved it, it is not super sweet like other pecan pies are. I did however change a couple things, doubled the amount of vanilla and pecans, after all, it is pecan pie. This will definatly be my new standard pie recipe, seriously, everyone should make this.

Classic Tiramisu

Chicken Enchiladas II

I made this last night for my shift (I'm a fireman). I upscaled this recipe to feed 12 and actually made 16 enchiladas with it (which fed 7 people, could have fed 8). Some other reviewers said that this might be a bit bland, so when I was cooking the chicken in the pan, I seasoned the heck out of it with a touch of salt, a lot of garlic pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika, parsley, basil and pretty much everything else i thought would taste good. But everyone on my shift LOVED these. My captain said I need to make them more often.

Garlic Prime Rib

I'm a fireman in a large east coast fire department, and I made this as the main course of our Christmas Eve Dinner. Even though we were busy and didnt eat until 10.45 pm everyone on my shift said this was THE best prime rib they have ever had. (Myself included). I brought in my digital insta-read meat thermometer and just checked the temperature regularly. I took out the meat when the internal temp was 125 degrees and it worked out very well. Will definatly make this again.

American Lasagna

This was some of the best lasagna I've ever eaten. I definatly reccomend letting it sit overnight before baking, and I used fresh mozzarella, which definatly improved the taste (not that it was bad before). Definatly reccomend this recipe to anyone.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This recipe was amazing, definatly the best alfredo i've ever had. I left out the sour cream, I dont think it needed it. Also, you need a HUGE pan to make this in. I ended up doing the chicken in one pan, and then the actual sauce in the pan I usually make pasta in (its big, i dont know the size) but definatly a great recipe!

Bryan's Sweet and Hot Tomato Pasta Sauce

This was one of the best pasta sauces i've ever tasted. If you cut back on the red pepper a bit, you get the exact recipe of my late grandfather, who in my opinion made the best sauce in the world.
