This cheesecake is AWESOME!!! Upon reading reviews, I used 2 cups of crushed oreos for the crust. I didn't wrap my pan in foil and I should have because the butter from the crust leaked into the oven. I turned the oven off after one hour and let the cheesecake sit for another hour. It was perfect - no cracks,no falling center and the taste was so rich and creamy. Let the cheese come to room temp before beating and do not overbeat. I beat in the eggs with my hand beater on low speed, then mixed in the chocolate/cream mixture with a whisk. Thanks for the great recipe.
