Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Love it Love it Love it! I make a double recipe each time and save one tenderloin in a freezer bag for when I need to make a meal for a friend. The smell when cooking is almost overpowering, but the final taste is superb and balanced. I usually slice it, baste it, and put it back in the oven for about 10 extra minutes above recommended cooking time.
