I love artichokes & mushrooms so I had to try this recipe. It was good but seemed to be missing something. I'll make again but try adding wine and perhaps a little less Worcestshire. My husband thought it was a little too lemony although I liked it.

Pepperoni Bread

Yummy! My whole family loved it. I followed the recipe exactly and served with sauce on the side. I wouldn't change a thing just be sure to seal your seams well. I made two loafs & didn't do a good job sealing one. After 30 minutes I had conjoined twins in the oven, although it still tasted great!

Split Pea and Ham Soup I

I'm not a big split pea fan but really liked this recipe. My soup was a little runny but I had to use a large stock pot to accomodate the ham bone and therefore probably used more water. Maybe there would be less trouble with consistency if the amount of water to add was more specific.

Thai Curry Tofu

My family loved this dish. I added some red pepper flakes and served with Asian noodles. I'm not a big fan of tofu but this very flavorful sauce really made the difference.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Quick & tasty. I added a little extra liquid (beer) and some honey. It was a little too salty. I'll probably use less soy sauce next time.

Homemade Lasagna

Really great recipe. I served this at a family dinner and everyone loved it. I doubled the sauce part of the recipe so I could have extra sauce to serve on the side. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing.

Pineapple Zucchini Bread

Anything that turns zucchini into a dessert earns a couple of stars right from the start! Bread was very moist and the pineapple & spices added some good flavor. Much better than plain zucchini bread. My husband and daughter liked it and they're pretty picky. I still prefer banana bread though.

Pineapple Pretzel Salad

Amish Macaroni Salad

Pretty good recipe. I cut back on the sugar as others suggested and used 1 c. miracle whip and 1 c. mayo. I still thought it was a little too sweet. I'll make this again but use even less sugar.

Quick Black Forest Cake

I don't care for chocolate much but I really loved this cake. It's very moist and flavorful. Big hit at the office party. Easy and inexpensive to make.
