Absolutely Amazing Ahi

Reviewed: May 14, 2011
This was awesome! A few changes I made were to use low-sodium soy sauce, and only 1/3 cup. I also served this with rice crackers, pickled ginger & Boston bibb lettuce. We put the mixture in the lettuce leaves and ate it like a lettuce wrap with pickled ginger either on the lettuce or on the side which was really, really good. I don't like spicy food, but my husband loves it so I split the recipe and added the red pepper flakes to only one bowl.

This was very good, really liked the combination of ingredients. I used fresh mushrooms since I never buy canned. I did not have any tomato sauce so I used V-8 juice and tomato puree instead. We did feel like it was missing a spice, but couldn't decide what that was.

We made this today for brunch. It was very good. We used turkey sausage and ricotta cheese because that was what we had on hand. Great recipe.

I love this recipe and have made it several times. I just bought some garlic olive oil and used that. I also change the vegetables depending on what I have on hand.

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2007
I made this for my vegetarian sister-in-law and we ALL loved it, used fresh spinach and jarred spaghetti sauce. It made enough that we all ate it the next day for lunch.

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
I've been making this recipe for a while now and love it. I made this for dinner one night when we had some new friends over, I really wasn't sure how this would go over since I didn't know what vegetables they like. The beets were gone in minutes! They loved them also.

Broiled Grouper Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2006
This was awesome! We had bought some grouper yesterday and had no idea what to do with it, so I found this recipe and gave it a try. WOW! We loved this and would highly recommend this for grouper or any other mild fish. Great recipe! Thank you so much for sharing.
