Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This was a really good recipe....but I didn't have much luck with the flour. Almost all of it came off the chicken. Other than that, great flavor and great taste.

Corn Fritters

This were easy to make, but not at all what I expected. Too much "dough" not enough corn.....and not nearly sweet enough.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This recipe was OUTSTANDING. I didn't use the ginger, because we didn't have it, and it still came out fabulous. Don't let the weird combo of ingredients foul you; it's a keeper!
