Very tasty combination! We substituted a few things due to kitchen limitations and a vegetarian preference. We used penne pasta noodles, mushroom broth and added some mozarella, red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, and fresh basil. I may try to add some broccoli and/or portabella mushrooms next time for a little something extra - but this was very tasty, indeed. Thanks for sharing!

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese

Very tasty! We used rainbow chard, white onion, and substituted mushroom/veggie broth for the white wine due to current kitchen inventory. I also tossed in some (veggie) bacon bits for a bit of a smoky flavor. Delicious! I think this would be great served with quinoa or a rice dish - will do that next time.

Fish Tacos

The sauce compliments the batter so nicely. I substituted sour cream in lieu of yogurt and did not include capers (per one reviewer's suggestions). Very tasty! Highly recommended.

Salmon Macaroni Bake

I used a few substitutions due to current stock in kitchen and the dish was very tasty as well. Used monterey jack instead of cheddar cheese, a substitute for the soup, canned tuna instead of salmon, and added some bacon bits for a bit of a smoky flavor. Peas would be good in this as well. I would rate this about 4.25-4.5. Very nice and easy recipe!

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Very tasty. I think some mozzarella would be good in this, too. The roasted pine nuts add a really nice mix of flavors.

Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple

I've tried making Thai food before with little satisfactory result, but this recipe ended differently luckily. This is a very good basic Thai recipe. I made this without chicken and pineapple and instead substituted a bunch of vegetables (potatoes, baby corn, mushrooms, carrots), some cashews, and some fried tofu and was pleasantly impressed with the results. If there was a 4.5, I'd give it to this recipe.
