Heather's Best Ever Baked Chicken
I made this for dinner tonight and everyone raved! It was the most moist baked chicken I've ever made. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and really slathered them in the the low-fat ranch dressing (that they had marinated in) before rolling them in the breadcrumb mixture. I use "Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt" on everything so I added about 3/4 tsp. instead of the 1/2 tsp of regular salt. I'll definitely pass this recipe around!

Early Morning Oven Roasted New Potatoes
We served these last night with the Swedish Cured Pork Loin (also on this site)and everyone loved them! I used 1/2 the rosemary and we thought that was perfect. I will definitely make this again!

Swedish Cured Pork Loin
We served this at a dinner party last night and it received fabulous reviews by all of our guests! We followed the recipes exactly and grilled it on a gas grill. We served it with the Early Morning Oven Roasted New Potatoes, also on this website. This will be a "regular" at our house!
