Loved it. Only change was adding 3/4 of a chopped red bell pepper to the mix and adding the remaining 1/4 to the top!

Blueberry Crumb Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2010
YUM! I followed this to a T and it was wonderful. If anyone is wondering how to keep fruit pies from becoming fruit soup you need to add tapioca to the filling. Works like a charm, I never mess around with flour or cornstarch in a pie filling tapioca does the trick! (follow the box for instruction on how much to add)

Sukhothai Pad Thai

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
I loved this recipe, it turned out great and made great leftovers. I did make some changes based on other review, i used 3 tbs worcehster sauce and 2 tbs lime juice instead of the tamarin pulp. Also i did not use the radish and used green onion instead of chives. Also I boiled the noodles, soaking them takes too long and doesnt get soft enough for me. YUM!

This was sooooooo good and the left overs are great as well. The only thing i felt to change was it did not need to marinate for 2 hours. Just cook it right on up the sauce is oragney enought you dont need to soak the chicken YUMM!
