As written this recipe should probably get 3 stars but I am giving it 4 because there is so much potential. Also, for only having a little over 1 gram of fat per serving I guess I did not think they were going to be to die for. I did not read the reviews before I made the muffins and thought they were kind of bland. I will try adding some splenda like others suggested. Also, you do need to wait until the muffins are completely cool before trying to remove the liners because they stick really bad. I thought the baking time was a little long but also a reminder (because I forget this alot), if you use a dark coated muffin pan decrease the baking temperature to 350.
