My family enjoyed this recipe. I did not feel that the sauce was bland. I used fat-free sour cream and the sauce had a tangy light sour cream flavor which was enough for me. I do not want a sauce that overpowers just compliments. I did make sure to generously season the pork chops before dredging in the flour. I did not feel like using my slowcooker so I baked them according to another pork chop recipe I have. I used 1 can chicken broth instead of the bouillon and baked them for 45 minutes in a 350 oven. After removing the chops from the broth, I sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on top. Served noodles and cauliflower on the side. I spooned some of the sauce over the noodles and since the meal was very white I sprinkled some chives over the noodles. I really enjoyed this and my husband went back for seconds so I will definitely make this again. My 2 boys 5 and 3 ate without complaint.
