Twisted Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
It was okay at first. I did read other reviews and I was told to half the sourcream and I did. However, the cream was still too much compared to the vegetables. So I ended up adding another can of green beans and corn to make it up, and THAT way it was DELICIOUS.

Saucy Green Bean Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
I did this recipe and it turned out okay. The sauce was a little watery, so I would recommend (my grandmother's trick) to add a spoon of flour to the tomato paste before mixing everything together. Also, I found that the 1 garlic clove was not enough, and 2 or 3 would have been much better. Otherwise, easy to make, and good taste!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2007
The mushroom was good. I also baked it in the oven instead of the grill. I would suggest adding feta cheese or the such instead of salt to play more on texture. Also I added onions as well.

No Bake Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
it was delicious. however, as this was my first cheesecake to make, i had to experiment a little. for anyone else doing this for the first time, be sure to make a thick crushed cracker layer at the bottom as it will hold the cheesecake better and it will be easier to cut. a WHOLE lot easier.

Roast Loin of Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2005
the meat was somewhat dry. instead of pork, i think beef would work better.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2005
the potatoes were okai. they seemed somewhat dry though. i would add more milk and the garlic should be minced first since the whole cloves did not mix very well with the rest.

Okra and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2005
it was very easy to make and delicious. instead of the okra type mentioned above, i used canned okra in tomato sauce, and the recipe was still delicious.
