Our bread is still cooling, but after only a taste--I rushed to the computer to gush thank-you's for this recipe! I was out of whole-wheat flour (just ran out...will definitely use it next time), so I had to use white flour (which I actually do NOT like). I doubled the honey...and ground the flax seeds (adding only a tablespoon full of unground seeds for look and texture). Wow! This is a heavenly bread that we will make routinely. I am a big fan of flax, so this was just what we were looking for! You can't go wrong with this recipe!
