The porcupines were okay tasting, but I am not going to make it again. I made it just like the recipe said to. First, the meat was slimy from too much water. Second, the meatballs kept falling apart while I was cooking them. Lastly, I thought that the sauce was not enough to cover the meatballs thoroughly.

Chicken Pasta II

Very good and I made it almost exactly. I used italian style tomatoes and pureed them (the only way my family eats them) it was a bit soupy, so I added 2 TBSP of tomato paste. Sauted a small onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Next time I think I will add a smidge more wine and some salt & pepper. I used bow-tie noodles and I think that this dish really needs a different pasta that can hold the sauce. Like the radiatore that the recipe recommends. Very nice change from the sweet sauces. I will be making this again

Shortbread Cutouts

The dough was not crumbly like other shortbreads. I put them in at the time it said and they came out perfect! A little note, make them about one and a half inches long.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, yum, YUM! I found something for all the kids. These are the best! I thought of putting a tablespoon of Nutella in, but I didn't. These were very good. Thank you very much!

Grandma's Brown Sugar Drop Cookies

This recipe is very fun! It tastes more like a cinnamon cookie than a brown sugar cookie. Too much baking soda though.

Butternut Apple Crisp

I have made this recipe in the past for Thanksgiving and it is delicious. I wish I had thought of submitting it to allrecipes. ;-) I like this crisp, so I make double that part.

Southwest Burgers

Can only give this 4 stars because I had to adjust it a bit for my family's taste. It was a bit spicy for my kiddos, otherwise the recipe is great as is. I had to double the recipe. I used 1 lb. sausage and 1 lb beef. I think I will use 1/2 tsp cumin instead of 1 tsp.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I too had to add more flour to the recipe. I used 2 2/3 c. First batch I made didn't look done and were flat. But when I added the extra flour they turned out fine. Nothing spectacular, just fine.

White Chicken Enchilada Slow-Cooker Casserole

My family enjoyed this recipe. I was pleasently surprised that the tortillas were not soggy. I didn't use Monterey Jack cheese, and will have to next time as I believe that it would have added to the flavor. This is definetly a keeper in my house. Thank you.
