Flourless Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2014
I made this cake for a birthday at work.... I used a 9" cake pan and still took longer, about 40 min to bake. Once cooled, I spread sugar-free raspberry jam over the top. This was absolutely amazingly good!! We cut it into 10 wedges, and for us, it was plenty and we have some left for another day...

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2012
I have made these several times.. Instead of using mushroom soup, I use the Cream of Cheddar soup or make a cheese sauce... I cut up the chicken into bite size pieces. Bring it to work in the morning, plug it in & ready for lunch!!

Chocolate Pretzels

These were fun to make... however, sit down before making these & take all the foils off the kisses. That's what takes the longest... Eating is the quickest!!! make more than you think you need, because you will need more

Amazing Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
This was fabulous. I did find, however, I had to cook longer than 3 hrs.. it was more like 5. It was moist, chocolatey, and warm!!! I made it at work, so the smell of cake drifted throughout the office... it made for some hungry coworkers.. Thank you.. I would think you could make a cake mix & slow cook that with the same success... will try it next!!

English Muffin Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
I use cleaned out 1 lb coffee cans. Be sure to remove the label. Spray the inside w/ vegetable spray and sprinkle cornmeal down the sides & bottom. I paint my cans!! I have found a dark color produces golden brown bread!!! I use an enamel paint (found in craft store) and then bake @ 250 for 1/2 hr or so, shut off oven & leave cans in oven until cool.

Grandma's Carrot Cake

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
This was THE BEST carrot cake ever!! I made it as a birthday cake for work, co-workers said they couldn't stop eating it and asked for the recipe. I made cream cheese frosting instead of the glaze. I will make this many times again.
