Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

This recipe makes a very chewy, flat cookie. I dislike the way they look, but I have constant requests from my office to bring them in. They have good flavor, but get no points for appearance.

Beer Biscuits

These were really salty. I did use butter instead of shortening, but I can't imagine it made them this salty. Next time, I think I will substitute self-rising flour for the all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt.

This had way too much sugar and was in no way fool proof. I had problems with it burning and being very gritty. I would not use this recipe again.
