Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I made the recipe exactly as is except I sub'd chicken broth for the water only because I had a lot of chicken broth on hand. The soup was delicious and very creamy. The important thing to making it creamy is cooking the flour roux long enough so it's nice and thick. I was originally gonna use heavy cream instead of milk, but I'm so glad I used milk since heavy cream would have been over-kill. This is a VERY easy recipe if you have leftover ham to use up. I'm giving it 5 stars because it tastes good and it is EASY.

Slow Cooker Ham
I made this recipe a few months ago and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it (I watched everyone go back for more and more helpings). I made the recipe exactly as is and added the pineapple per the video. I used toothpicks to secure the pineapple slices to the ham. My ham was not store-bought; it was from a pig we butchered, so I'm not sure of the size, but it was a huge ham. The lid did not fit, so I had to use aluminum foil over the top. It was done in 6 hrs. I left the cooker on warm till serving time. The ham was very moist and there was a lot of juice in the pot. By special request I'm making this ham again this week for the 4th of July potluck we're having. I'm giving this recipe five stars for its simplicity and taste.

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker
This recipe was delicious. Nothing fancy, just comfort food. I seasoned my pork chops prior to dredging in the flour mixture to give the meat some flavor. I used a large family-sized can of soup and cooked on low for 6 hours. Meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. We had family visiting and everyone liked the dish and got seconds.
