Pretty good! I was out of honey, so I used white sugar. I only used 1 tablespoon, based upon other reviews, and it was still too sweet for me. I also had to add a little more water, the sauce was a little too thick for me. Good flavor though, will use again, but next time I'll just add a pinch of sugar/honey.
UPDATED: This is our go-to sauce recipe. I use it every Friday night, with these modifications: 8oz water instead of 6oz, and only 1 scant teaspoon of honey, instead of 2 Tbsp. It's great, and I usually double it and freeze the extra, it thaws beautifully!
