Key West Penne

Yum! My family loved this one, even the picky eaters. My husband said it was like eating an expensive restaurant meal - I know, he's corny!

I would give this more than 5 stars if were possible! I followed the recipe exactly, and everyone loved it, even my two picky eaters. It wasn't really spicy, but had incredible flavor. I was a little leary about not soaking the beans overnight, but they were tender and delicious. We put a little oil in the skillet and fried the tortillas until crispy and served it on these. This makes a big batch, but everyone was looking forward to leftovers.

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

I belong to a diva meal group, we each make 8 entrees once a month we can freeze and than swap. My group asks me to make this for them on a regular basis. It is simple to make, tastes great, and freezes well.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

I made this one night for a special family dinner. My husband was amazed at how pretty the pie looked and how delicious it was. He couldn't wait for me to make it for my in-laws!

Spicy Pretzels

These are addicting! I tasted these at a party and couldn't wait to make them for our own get togethers. I also put them in decorative packages and gave them out to friends at Christmas time. They appreciated getting something that wasn't full of sugar!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

I won first prize at a cookie exchange for these cookies! I baked a lot of extra to freeze and take to different holiday functions and they were always a big hit.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

I've made this for several family gatherings, and it is always a hit! It is so rich and creamy that you can serve smaller servings and make it feed a crowd. It is my son's favorite dessert.
