a bit of lemon juice, or a couple of packets of True Lemon really perk up this dish. 1/8tsp cinnamon cuts down on the overpowering flavor and instead, compliments the dish. Parsley or Cilantro added near the end and a jalepeno really add some dash to this dish. Hand painted covered tagine makes a nice presentation for this tapas.
