Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
This recipe is SO good! I made this with homemade pesto with basil from my garden. When making it, I realized I was out of sun-dried tomatoes so I substituted chopped roasted red peppers. It was amazing! Even my picky kids loved it! Can't wait to make this recipe w/the sun-dried tomatoes next time. Thank you so much for sharing. This will be my favorite tuna salad recipe from now on.
