About this Cook
My mother taught me how to cook. She would always say, "oh just throw in a little bit of this and a little bit of that." She rarely measured anything!
My favorite things to cook
There isn't anything I like to cook more than another. It depends on my mood. I'm anxious to learn sushi making!
My favorite family cooking traditions
The women in my family were all good cooks. They are a hard act to follow!
My cooking triumphs
Any meal that turns out I consider a feat!
My cooking tragedies
Not my tragedy but when my ex-mother-in-law invited my parents over to meet before the wedding, she dropped the casserole dish and entree on the floor. Unbeknowst to her guests, she scooped it up and served it anyway! It was all downhill from there!

Shrimp Tetrazzini
Outstanding! I did add a bit of white cheddar to the mix for a little extra zing, but overall this dish is amazing!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
Quick, easy, delicious! A keeper. Thanks for sharing. I used one egg and more flour and it turned out grand.

Lentils with Tomatoes
It's 10 degrees today and this recipe hits the spot! I did add garlic and chili powder, but otherwise followed the directions to the letter. Thanks for the great dish!
