Im just an average 25 yr old from Michigan. I have loved to bake my whole life so it made sense for me to go to school for baking. I have some professional certificates in cooking as well. Major: Culinary Arts. Baking & pastry; Introduction to Hospitality Management, Advanced Culinary Techniques. I just love cooking in general. I love cooking Italian and Mexican dishes mostly but my absolute favorite thing to do in the kitchen is make any deserts. I love baking. And I do believe everyone else loves my baking too. Around the holidays I usually make 10+ different varieties of cookies and then I make candies, cakes and Jello salads, pudding recipes, pies etc also. Ive made a few recipes that sounded great but turned out horribly. I tend to over cook chicken and I break the egg yolks constantly. I havent had too many other mishaps in the kitchen that I can recall. Well aside from that time I set the stove on fire making candles...
