I have made this mustard many times. Now friends are bringing their empty jars back and asking them to be filled. I use this in everything from potato salad to spreading on fish before grilling. It is also great just as a dip for honey wheat pretzels.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

I made this soup in under 30 minutes tonight. I had left over roast chicken so that cut down on the prep time. My family really loved this soup. It hit the spot on a cold snowy night.

Christmas Brunch Casserole

I served this for New Years Day brunch. It was good, all my guests liked it. I don't know what the rice cereal added. I will probably look for a different recipe the next time.

Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

I didn't find these potatoes to be anything special. I added my onions for the last 20 minutes of baking time so they would have a little crunch.

Brunch Scones

I served this for News Years day brunch. I added dried cranberries and orange zest. I served with clotted cream and jam. They were great.

The Dreamiest Peaches

I served this at a New Years brunch yesterday and everyone loved it. I baked the peaches with the syrup poured in the bottom of the baking dish. I served this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Next I will try with canned pears.

Famous Chicken Francaise

That Addicting Salad

I made this for dinner tonight and it was great. Only change I made was I added 1/2 of shaved Parmesian cheese to the greens instead of 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Of course I still used the grated cheese in the dressing last night. This did not serve 8 however. But we had this salad as our main course, it served 4.

Pineapple Meringue Cake

I made this cake for a new daughter-in-law for her birthday. She is a pinapple lover. Today she asked me to make it for her again. It is good, and I'm not a pinapple lover. Try it, it's different.
