Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Suggest NOT to use large/thick pretzels-when broken up they absorb the butter and don't turn into a 'crust' as well as the thin pretzels. Still, its quite tasty.

Yummy Couscous Salad

Yummy is right! Just be sure to go easy on the onion. Green pepper works fine too. This would be great on a picnic. Everyone loved it at the office party. FOOL PROOF RECIPE!

Basic Microwave Risotto
