This was delicious! I chose this recipe because of all the reviews. I added 1/2 cup of applesauce, used egg whites only, 1/2 with sugar and 1/2 with Splenda. I also used Smart Balance margarine to cut back on fat. Thanks for a great recipe!

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Excellent. I halved the recipe for two and it is plenty. Didn't add the green onions only because I did not have any. This is definitely a keeper. This could also be used as a salad dressing with broiled chicken! I used to order this honey dressing chicken salad often at one of our favorite restaurants, but it is now closed. Now I can make it myself. Thanks for sharing!

Creole Seasoning Blend

Being a Cajun from South Louisiana, this is very close to Tony Chachere's Seasoning blend. You can add more or decrease to your taste. I personally add more cayenne for my family. After mixing all the blends, pulverzie in food processor or blender to make fine powder mixture. Thanks again for a great blend of flavors!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Excellent...I took the advise of others and boiled the seeds for 45 min, let dry overnight and then roasted. This will be a yearly Halloween tradition from now on.
