Turkey Pot Pie II

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
My family and I loved this recipe. I doubled it (lots of leftover holiday turkey) and made 6 individual pies. I actually quadrupled the onion for more flavor. My hubby suggested some salt and pepper in the mix, so I'll try that next time. Overall this was a winner. Can't wait to try again.

Shameless plug for my own recipe! Everyone loves it at the holidays and there are rarely any leftovers.

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
I can't believe how easy this recipe was to make! I made it before work in about 35 minutes. It got rave reviews by all my co-workers. I didn't have quite enough sugar (about 1 2/3 cup), but I think it turned out just fine. Not too sweet, but with an intense peanut buttery crunch!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I tried this last night and it was the best! I added just a hint of italian seasoning. Take out just can't compare for cost, freshness or taste.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2005
Great recipe! My family and co-workers loved it. I used the applesauce suggestion and it worked wonderfully. My second batch I used 4 tsp of cinnamon, an extra 2 tablespoons of applesauce and approx 1/2 to 2/3 cup of raisins (I didn't measure, just did the scoop and toss). I also reduced the sugar by just about 1/4 cup (because of the raisins). It turned out really nice. I'll try the Slpenda next week!
