Burger or Hot Dog Buns
We have been making these buns for almost as long as the recipe has been here and we LOVE them ! We even use this recipe to make dinner rolls. We have adapted it to use half white and half freshly ground whole wheat flour.

Baked Fish with Shrimp
We tried this last night and it was super yummy. I wouldnt make any changes except to mention that I used frozen salad shrimp ( thats what I had on hand) and fresh Tilapia. Well,my sauce got a little watery due to the shrimp =0( Wont make that mistake again! So, if you use frozen shrimp. Thaw it completely and dry it off !

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are the best cookies. When we make them we use a large Pampered Chef scoop and the drop them right on the sheet. They flatten evenly and wind up to be 4-5 inches across. You can get 36 of these from this recipe and thats none too few! Making the recipe exactly as above and using a light colored NOT nonstick thick aluminum pan is what works best for us. Make sure your oven temp is what it says that it is, because if its not it will give you some interesting cookies. When done this way and baked until Golden around the outside 1/4th inch or so they are soft and chewy, not fluffy and cakey ( like some have complained about). They will give some when you transfer them to cool, but they set up very nicely!
