Lazy Lasagna II

Definatley NOT lasagna. This was fairly easy to prepare, but not really very good. I added 1 1/2 cups beef stock to the sauce to help with the moisture, but it was still VERY dry. I couldn't even tell there was mozz cheese in the dish when prepared.
