Beef Tenderloin with Ginger-Shiitake Brown Butter

This recipe is original and delicious! My fiancee BEGS me to make it for him. I serve it with some red skin potatos tossed in garlic, butter and dill. A HIT!!!

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms

This was the first recipe I tried on allrecipes.com and I love it!! The only change I made was to use a pesto gouda cheese on top. It's a hit with everyone I've made it for, in fact I'm making it tonight.
