About this Cook
I am 25 years old and have been married for 4 years. We live in Edmond with our 2 cats and I love to try new recipes and add to my favorite recipes list.
My favorite things to cook
EASY things. Haven't had much experience so I'm not sure what my favorites are yet.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Uhm... I did eating mostly, not much cooking. That's why I'm here!
My cooking triumphs
I made Teriyaki Beef & vegetable kabobs with rice this week. None of it came from a box! Also, I have found that it is really hard to mess up a slow cooker recipe. Almost always a success.
My cooking tragedies
In high school I tried to make instant pudding on the stove top and burned it.

Oregon Salmon Patties
These were pretty good I guess, but none of my family went nuts over it. I probably won't make it again unless I can use fresh salmon, which is tough to do since I'm from Oklahoma. Oh well.

No Bake Cookies III
Exactly what I was looking for! I boiled for 2 minutes and also used crunchy peanut butter at my husband's request. These turned out great :) :) :)

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
This is a great recipe! It was so dense I might even call it a pudding of sorts. For a lighter texture I might use less vegetable oil next time. Will definitely make again.
