Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
My husband loved this! It was very good and really easy. It makes a ton - plenty of leftovers! I used a big jar of Prego Spaghetti Sauce and turkey kielbasa (maybe a little more healthy!) Thanks! This one goes on "the list"!

Broccoli Beef I

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
I was not impressed. I followed the recipe exactly, but marinated the beef like someone else had suggested - it still had very little flavor. I think with the addition of some more spices, it could work. I would definitely reccomend removing the beef while cooking the vegetables or the beef will be very overcooked. Thanks anyway!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
I was very disappointed - this didn't have much flavor and certainly didn't taste like fried rice in a restaurant! Thanks anyway!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2005
Yum! My husband and I loved this recipe!!! I only used 2.5lbs of meat and added lots of carrots and potatoes. I also followed other people's suggestions and used 1 can of beef broth instead of water. The house smelled so good all day! The beef just fell apart and was really good with some of the juice added as gravy. So good!

World's Best Key Lime Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2005
Wow, I can't believe how good this was! My husband loves key lime pie and he thought this one was great! It was a little too tart for us, but we after we topped it with more cool whip, it was perfect! I will definitely make again!!!

Baked Pork Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2005
Great! I made these for a party and they were a big hit! I added sesame seeds, a little soy sauce, diced waterchestnuts, and a little extra chile sauce so they wouldn't be dry. I served them with a sweet and sour sauce. I will definitely make again! My only suggestion...I wanted them to stay hot until the party so I wrapped them in foil. Bad idea! They were nice and crispy, but in the foil they steamed themselves and ended up a bit soggy. They were still great, but I would not suggest wrapping in foil!

Easy Corn and Crab Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2005
My husband and I loved this! I followed everyone's advice and did not add that much flour. I also added some crushed red pepper. It gave it a nice kick! Next time, I will microwave the potatoes a little longer - they didn't cook all the way through. This would also be great with shrimp or even vegetarian. Thanks!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2005
This was excellent and very easy to make. To simplify, I cooked pork chops in one skillet and "topping" in another skillet at the same time. My husband and I loved it! The feta is a nice touch. This would be great with chicken too!
