I am a RNY Gastric bypass patient who is now about 1.5 years on the losing side - having lost over 130 pounds and am successfully keeping it off. I try to find recipes that are healthy, high protein, easy on the carbs (but I don't avoid them like the plague), and easy, and most importantly, delicious!
My favorite things to cook
My hubby and I eat a lot of chicken and ground turkey. I am trying to find ways to incorporate tofu into my cooking without raising my hubby's suspicions.
I do still enjoy making the 'comfort food' recipes.
