I am a caterer. I have been cooking since I was little. My mama was an excellent cook. Several people have asking for my recipes and I have to explain that I learned how to cook by watching my mama. It's a handleful of this and a sprinkle of that. I also cook Wednesday Night Suppers at our church for about 60 people. I am used to cooking for a crowd and am always looking for 'large crowd' recipes. I love to cook. I don't like to 'bake' that much. You have to be too exact; there's too much measuring. I grew up cooking at my mama's knee. I am proud to be carrying that traditon on with my son who is ten. He perfectly frys eggs, grills steaks and hotdogs, and is proficient with knives.
