Tasty Lentil Tacos

Awesome! Everyone in my family enjoyed this. I've made this several times. The other day I used a Taco Dinner kit that included the taco seasoning packet. I just added the seasoning packet to the dried lentils and water and cooked them until they were tender.

Fluffy Biscuits

I made these for my husband and son and they really enjoyed them. They prefer a sweeter biscuit so I increased the sugar to 1/2 cup. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks for the recipe!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Yum! I have been searching for a gluten free cookie and this is the best one I've found so far! What's even better is that it uses a few ingredients that I already normally buy. I added chocolate chips & vanilla extract to mine and they turned out great! They are really rich, the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth! Thanks for sharing :)

Tater Tot Casserole I

Tasty dish. I made one with sausage and one without out and both were a little greasy. That might have been due to the tater tots so I may try this recipe again with fresh shredded potatoes. We had some left overs and it was even better the next day!

Thanks for a super simple and very tasty recipe. I only baked the cookies for about 6 minutes, I prefer a slightly chewy gingerbread cookie.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

These cookies were ok after baking & cooling they were more like cake cookies. We didn't care for them much the next day because they were crunchy. We were hoping for a super soft sugar cookie. The flavor was pretty good and they were sweet without being overly sugary.

Lentil Soup III

I'm sorry, I did not enjoy this at all. I usually use chicken broth or veggie stock when making lentils so I wanted to try something different. The tomato paste was awful. Sorry!

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

My DH said..."Woman...you must make this again!" LOL When he starts talking "caveman" you know it's good! I omitted the cheese and added some seasoning salt. I may try crumbling cooked cornbread over the top instead of the top pie crust for variation next time. Thanks so much for a GREAT recipe

Chocolate Chip Cookies for Special Diets

This recipe was pretty good. The cookies were pretty tasty within a few hours after being baked. The next day they were quite dry and crumbly. I made these for a neighbor who is a diabetic...I'm glad that I waited to taste them again the next day before giving them to her. I don't think I'll be making them again though.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Great recipe! I didn't have butterscotch chips so I used 1 cup of raisins instead and added 1 tsp of vanilla extract. My 6yr old DS said that he loved them but they needed more raisins so I may add another 1/2 cup next time.

Cranberry Applesauce Muffins

This recipie was awesome great as a meal with fruit or a quick snack! I added 1/2 tsp of baking powder, I just wasn't sure how the muffins would rise. They turned out perfectly! Even my almost 3yr old gobbled them up. These will be perfect to bring to holiday parties and gatherings.

American Lasagna

This recipe was AWESOME!!! I served this dish at my sons 2nd b-day party and even the little ones gobbled it up! I did add about 12oz of mild sausage, but it would have been great without it also. Thanks for posting this recipe!!
