Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum! Five yums! This is such a super easy recipe and a sure crowd pleaser. And it's even better warmed up! The best bbq sauce (in my opinion): Sweet Baby Ray's. Just be sure to prepare a side of cole slaw to throw on top of your sandwich!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
My six year old said "Something smells good in the kitchen!" and then my husband came home and said "That smells great!". Believe me, it tastes just as good! Only thing I did was add a diced apple. It was fantastic. My one year old enjoyed it as well. And then his little cheeks smelled like apple cinnamon. A keeper for sure!

Rosemary Pork Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
This recipe was easy and delicious. I took advice from another site and cooked at 450 for the first 10 minutes and then lowered the temp. to 250 for the next 90 minutes. The rosemary flavor with the pork was great! This is such a simple, yet elegant dish!

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
Simply amazing! I made these potatoes for a Christmas Eve dinner for my family. I took the advice of another review and slightly warmed the milk, sour cream, and butter before adding them to the potatoes. Just luke warm from the microwave. These potatoes were delicious!

Fruit Dip II

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
One of the most delicious dips I've ever had! I mixed in a little crushed pineapple and it was sensational! I love it on strawberries and my 3 1/2 year old likes it on bananas. Delicious!

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2006
It sounded strange, but I gave it a try. I loved it! I like to mix some parmesan cheese in with the italian bread crumbs before baking. It's a winner with the whole family every time I make it!
