Best Beef Dip Ever

This was UNREAL good. The Au Jus was amazing. Cut Soy sauce in half because I ran out and it was salty enough. AMAZING. My kids, husband and I all loved it. THANK YOU!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I've made this twice now and it's just unreal. It's moist, it tastes amazing and it's a crowd pleaser. I make the recipe as-is. It's absolutely perfect.

This was to DIE for! It was so amazing. I only added one can of mushroom soup because that's all I had and added 1.5 cups of chicken broth instead of wine. I also added fresh mushrooms and served with noodles. My husband LOVED it and he's picky. Thank you so much!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were really yummy. I am always using the same oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe and this was a nice change. One that I will keep for sure. I love the oatmeal taste and the sweetness is absolutely perfect. I did not change anything. Definately a keeper! Thank you!

Kraft's Broccoli Rice Casserole

A friend brought this dish over to my house the day I came home from the hospital after having my first daughter. It was so wonderful to have a warm, healthy dish (she added chicken and used brown rice) because It didn't even dawn on me to make dinner. It has always been a comfort food since. I make it all the time for my husband and kids and we all love it. It's easy and tastes fantastic.
